Shipping policy

Any order placed by 10:00 am Pacific Standard time between Monday and Friday for Standard service will be processed and shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 10:00 am pacific standard time will ship the next business day. Any order placed for “delivery” options will be notified of the delivery date within 1-2 business days via email and will be within 7 business days of the order date. If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us at hello@elecrae.com within 2 hours of your order time to make a change. Elecrae does not guarantee changes to orders once placed but we will do our best to make the requested change. If the change is successfully processed you will be notified via email.

Elecrae currently ships within Canada. Elecrae uses Canada Post, DHL, Federal Express, or a combination of all services to ship and deliver packages. Elecrae does not guarantee arrival dates or times. Elecrae does not refund, credit, or upgrade shipping for any reason.
